Orliman Functional Knee Orthosis With Flexion-Extension Control offers dynamic polycentric joints enabling both flexion and extension control. Users appreciate the comfort provided by the non-slip interior lining and air-cushioned condyle pads. Its galvanized steel wedges, featuring various gradations, prevent corrosion while facilitating adjustment to meet individual needs. Extension limits range from 0° to 40°, while flexion options include 45° to 90°. The adjustable straps, accompanied by non-slip protection pads, ensure a secure and customized fit. This orthosis is recommended for collateral ligament injuries, instability from combined knee injuries, triad injuries, and postoperative ligament surgery recovery (ACL) and (PCL).
The brace is made of lightweight, narrow-profile aluminum (anatomical skeleton).
It has dynamic, polycentric braces that allow the range of motion of the knee joint to be controlled or limited.
To ensure comfort and safety of use, the MCOMOCR100 is equipped with special internal padding, which also has a non-slip function. The joint is additionally protected by pads or, optionally, by air cushions.
The steel wedges (additionally galvanized to prevent corrosion) are used to adjust the range of flexion and extension and are mounted with screws. Markings on their surface facilitate quick identification.
Possible angle adjustments:
Straight: 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°, 40°. // Curved: 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°.
By adjusting the frame, it is possible to slightly customize the profile.
The stabilizing strap system allows for a very precise adjustment to the needs and anatomy of the user. The straps are also equipped with non-slip padding.
In the case of the MCOMOCR100 model, both the upper and lower parts of the frame are located at the front of the limb (which reduces the appearance of anterior drawer syndrome). 
In the MCOMOCR200 model, the upper frame is located at the front of the thigh and the lower frame at the back of the leg (it reduces the appearance of posterior drawer syndrome).

Collateral ligament injuries, conservative treatment of complex joint instabilities caused by injuries, cruciate ligament rupture combined with collateral ligament damage and treatment following ACL and PCL ligament surgeries.
